Employee Spotlight
Promotion Announcements
3 of our team members have accepted their promotions this month. Each of their promotions come with new responsibilities and ownership over parts of the business so it’s important that everyone is aware. These 3 individuals truly deserve this step forward in their career and we are incredibly excited for each of them.
Scott Dapp
Scott has accepted the opportunity to become the Yard Foreman and Supervisor in Bridgeport. Scott will report to Chris Paton and the Bridgeport yard staff will be reporting to him. Scott has been with the company for almost 5 years and is an incredible asset to the team.
Isabel Santos
Isabel Santos has been promoted to Associate Operations Manager of ABC and our millwork business more broadly. Isabel will take over all responsibility for our Servicing Department. Isabel has been with us since we acquired ABC and has a long history with Sips. We are excited to have her take on this bigger role and this promotion is well deserved.
Richie Wiede
Richie has been promoted and accepted an opportunity to become the Inventory Control Specialist for the Lumber division. Richie has been with the company since 2011, most recently operating as the Yard Foreman at Weed. We will be working to backfill his role at Weed immediately and are looking forward to seeing our inventory management effort progress under Richie’s watch.

We would like to welcome our two newest employees: Wilcer Cueva and Juan Gonzales. Wilcer is in our Bridgeport yard location and Juan is a new driver for the Weed and Duryea store.
