Northeast is happy to establish credit for our valued customers. To facilitate the process, we provide a downloadable Credit Application form and a downloadable Credit Application Assistant. To assist in credit application approval, please note the following:
1) Use only Blue Ink to complete Credit Application
2) The Credit Application must be completely filled out.
3) Both Buyer and Personal Guarantor lines on Credit Application must be completed and signed. Note: Buyer line must be completed and signed by Authorized Signer.
4) The Second Personal Guarantor line must be filled out and signed when Property Title is in another party’s name and not the applicant’s or when Property Title is held jointly.
5) Do not use Credit Card Companies, Home Depot or Lowe’s as Credit References.
