Position
Architectural Window Estimator
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Window & Door Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and providing quotes for window and door projects. Additionally, the estimator will be responsible for preparing bid for window and door installations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project requirements by reviewing customer specifications, blueprints, and architectural drawings.
- Perform on-site measurements of windows and doors to ensure accurate project estimates.
- Determine materials and labor costs required for each project, including labor, hardware, and installation costs.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing and availability of materials.
- Collaborate with sales consultants to ensure all necessary information is included in project quotes.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience in estimating for window and door projects.
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in window and door installation.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
