WEED & DURYEA RENOVATION
If you’ve been to our Weed & Duryea location in New Canaan recently, you’ve probably noticed the building is undergoing a significant renovation. We are redesigning our paint, outdoor living, decorative hardware departments, and more to make each area more convenient and provide more options for our customers.
We plan to have the renovation complete by Labor Day and we’ll keep you updated about the progress we’re making. We apologize for any inconvenience while the project is underway but we can’t wait for you to see how much better the store will be when we’re finished.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM
We’ve added two new members to our team. Marcell Daubenhauser has joined us as a yard manager in Bridgeport and Patty Gaffney has joined Studio Northeast team as a project management coordinator.
Marcell is a graduate of Penn State University and has worked in the lumber and hardware industry for the last seven years. Marcell enjoys meeting new people and the daily challenges of the lumber and hardware business.
Patty has worn many hats before her arrival at Northeast. She’s worked in customer care, real estate, the credit industry, and now the kitchen and bath realm. She’s done a lot of do-it-yourself work on her own homes so she has experience on both sides of the aisle so to speak.
