NEW IN NORWALK
Light, white, and airy! That’s the theme of this recently completed project in Norwalk, CT. This home is one of several new residences that are being built in a new development in the northeast section of the city. Joe Orts, our outside sales rep, worked with John DiScala Construction on the project which features windows from United Window & Door. The roofing materials and the interior trim and millwork were manufactured by Royal PVC. This is a project you should be sure to check out!

WELCOME TO THE TEAM
Kevin Maund: Kevin joins our estimating team and brings 40 years of experience and knowledge in the building supply industry with him. Kevin’s speciality is lumber and millwork and he enjoys working with customers and salesmen. Outside of work, Kevin is an outdoor enthusiast and still enjoys reading a daily newspaper – sometimes as many as four in a single day.
Jody Piccirillo: Jody has taken over as a full-time inside sales and project management associate at our Cornwall Bridge location. As our presence in Litchfield County continues to grow, Jody will be instrumental in keeping that momentum going. When he’s not working, Jody enjoys spending time in the Berkshires with his family and would love to own a dog soon.
Mike Cuccia: Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in aluminum windows and doors to our team in the Architectural division. Mike has experience as an estimator, salesperson, and project manager which will come in handy as we try to grow our reach in the window and door sector. Away from the job, Mike has a variety of interests. He enjoys camping and hiking, playing the guitar, watching the Yankees, staying fit, and knitting scarves (who knew?)

SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS
If you’re thinking about starting a new build or renovation, it’s important to be aware that supply chain shortages still exist, even as COVID-related mandates throughout the industry are slowly eased. There continues to be manufacturing delays created by the accelerated demand for products, a shortage of raw materials, and remaining labor issues.
If you’re going to be ordering new products, be aware that lengthy lead times can still cause delays. Let us help you identify solutions for your project and navigate the ever-changing process by participating in early design discussions as you formulate plans for your project.
